Sparkling Water Mocktails
Tropical Mojito
Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
1 tablespoon peeled kiwi, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
1⁄2 tablespoon brown sugar
8 mint leaves
3⁄4 cup Simple Truth Organic™ Pineapple Seltzer Water, chilled
Directions:
Muddle the first 5 ingredients in the bottom of a tall glass until the brown sugar is dissolved.
Fill the glass with ice. Top with Simple Truth Organic™ Pineapple Seltzer Water.
Garnish with additional lime, pineapple, mint and kiwi, if desired.
Grapefruit Rosemary Fizz
Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
8 sprigs fresh rosemary
3 tablespoons Mariano’s fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1⁄2 lime, juiced
1 cucumber, sliced
Bai Bubbles Gimbi Pink Grapefruit
Directions:
In small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, sugar and rosemary sprigs; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Let steep 15 minutes.
Remove rosemary sprigs; pour into jar. Store in refrigerator up to two weeks.
In cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, sliced cucumber and 2 tablespoons rosemary simple syrup; muddle. Pour into glass. Top with Bai Bubbles Gimbi Pink Grapefruit; garnish with sprig of rosemary.
Blackberry Mint Splash
Ingredients:
1 can Bubbly Blackberry Sparkling Water
½ cup blackberries
6 mint leaves
Cucumber for Garnish
Directions:
Muddle Blackberries and Mint Leaves with a splash of Bubbly Blackberry Sparkling Water in a glass.
Top it off with Bubbly Blackberry Sparkling Water.
Garnish with blackberries, cucumber, and fresh mint.
