Scottie Pippen & Grillin’ with Dad’s DIGITS Bourbon Meatballs!

Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:

  • 1 pound 50/50 mix of ground beef and pork

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp pepper

  • 1 tbsp bbq seasoning

For DIGITS Bourbon Sauce

  • 1⁄4 cup Digits Bourbon

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

1.     Combine the meatball ingredients and roll them into golf ball size meatballs. Season the outside with the bbq seasoning.

2. Preheat the grill to 300 degrees, indirect, and place the meatballs on the grate.

3. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, approximately 25-30 minutes. While the meatballs are on, combine the sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

4. Remove the meatballs from the grill and toss in the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
