Truffle Butter Popcorn
Ingredients:
10 cups of popped popcorn
4 tablespoons of Simple Truth Organic salted butter, melted
¼ cup grated Mariano's white gold Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
4 tablespoons truffle oil
¼ cup dried parsley
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Instructions:
In a small bowl mix the melted butter and truffle oil. Place popcorn in large bowl, drizzle butter and truffle oil over the popcorn. Toss well until popcorn is completed coated.
Add Parmigiano-Reggiano, parsley and salt. Toss well.
Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy!
