Thai Citrus Ginger Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Pasta Pappone Thai Citrus Ginger linguini

  • 1 pound shell-on shrimp, deveined

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • Juice of 1/2 lime

  • 1/4 cup diced cilantro or basil (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, skewer to grill.

2. Cook Pasta Pappone according to package directions, toss with olive oil.

3. Grill shrimp over medium-high direct heat for 3-5 minutes until cooked through.

4. Melt butter and squeeze in lime, sprinkle with salt.

5. Toss grilled shrimp in salted lime butter, add to pasta.

6. Garnish with chopped cilantro or basil (optional) and another squeeze of lime!
