Salad Girl’s Naan-maste Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces naan bread toasted

  • 1 box Near East Tabouleh prepared (use 2 tablespoons Lemony Herb instead of lemon juice & olive oil)

  • 1 cup rotisserie chicken cubed and tossed with 1 tablespoon Salad Girl Lemony Herb Vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach

  • 1/4 red onion sliced thin rings

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 c. sliced cucumbers

  • 1 sliced and cubed tomato

  • 1 bottle Salad Girl Lemony Herb

  • a few sprigs of mint for garnish

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except toasted naan).

  2. Place toasted naan on a plate and top with salad mixture and an extra drizzle of Salad Girl Lemony Herb Organic Dressing!
