Salad Girl’s Naan-maste Salad
Ingredients:
2 pieces naan bread toasted
1 box Near East Tabouleh prepared (use 2 tablespoons Lemony Herb instead of lemon juice & olive oil)
1 cup rotisserie chicken cubed and tossed with 1 tablespoon Salad Girl Lemony Herb Vinaigrette
1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach
1/4 red onion sliced thin rings
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 c. sliced cucumbers
1 sliced and cubed tomato
1 bottle Salad Girl Lemony Herb
a few sprigs of mint for garnish
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl (except toasted naan).
Place toasted naan on a plate and top with salad mixture and an extra drizzle of Salad Girl Lemony Herb Organic Dressing!
