Quick Mango Shrimp Ceviche
Ingredients:
One package of Mariano’s Sriracha Lime Shrimp
One Whole container of Mango Pico de Gallo and a Half container of Pico de Gallo from produce department (already prepared)
One large English cucumber, chopped
Juice of two limes
Juice of two blood oranges
¼ c of chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well, but gently. *Feel free to adjust and add more juice or other ingredients, like cubed avocado, chopped jalapeño, chopped bell pepper.
Serve in a large bowl with Chips and guacamole on the side
Or serve individually in a stemless wine glass garnished with a lime wedge and cucumber wheel.
