Crockpot Kimchi Barbecue Ribs

Ingredients:

  • Swagger Koreyo Kimchi Seasoning

  • Rack of baby back ribs, about 3 ½ lbs.

  • 1 cup water

  • About 2/3 cup your favorite BBQ sauce

Instructions:

1.    Cut ribs 2 – 3 sections, place ribs into slow cooker and add water.

2.     Slow cook on low for 8-9 hours until tender.

3.    Remove ribs and discard liquid.

4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Mix BBQ sauce with Kimchi Seasoning (to taste) and slather on ribs.  Put ribs in
oven for about 10 minutes with meaty side up, then flip and place back in oven for about 5 minutes.


Koreyo BulGoGi Fajitas

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of Skirt Steak, Chicken, or favorite protein (cut into strips)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Swagger Korean BBQ Seasoning

  • Vegetables: Bell peppers, onions, green onions (as preferred)

  • Tortillas

  • Olive oil or cooking spray

  • 2 Teaspoon of water

Instructions:

  1. Combine meat and vegetables in a sealable plastic bag. Add 2 tablespoons of Swagger’s Koreyo Korean BBQ seasoning and 2 teaspoons of water. Seal the bag and shake to coat your ingredients with seasoning.

  2. The meat and vegetables can be cooked on a skillet, griddle, or outdoor grill. Apply a small amount of cooking oil to the cooking surface of your choice, and set the temperature to medium.

  3. Drain excess Liquid from your bag of ingredients, spread the meat and vegetables evenly over cooking surface. Cook proteins to optimal internal temperature. ​Serve with your favorite toppings.


Koreyo Crockpot Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • Swagger Koreyo Korean BBQ Seasoning

  • About 2 to 2 ½ pound beef bottom round roast

  • 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil

  • 2-3 medium potatoes, cut into about 2” cubes

  • About 3 carrots, diced

  • About 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 stalk celery, sliced

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 1 14 ½ oz can diced tomatoes

  • 1 ½ cups water

Instructions:

  1. Trim fat from beef then rub liberally with Swagger Koreyo Korean BBQ seasoning. Heat oil in pan, then brown beef on all sides.

  2. Place potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery and onion in slow cooker, then place beef on top. Add can of tomatoes and water.

  3. Slow cook on low for 8-10 hours until tender.
