Grillville Beer Can Chicken
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken (around 3.5 lb.)
Kosher salt
1 12-oz. beer

Instructions:
The night before grilling (or even just a few hours before!), season the whole chicken with a generous dusting of salt and place on a rack, so all of the skin can dry out.
The next day (or a few hours later), drink or pour out a third of your beer. Stand the bird up over the beer can and season well with This Little Goat went to Grillville.
Get one side of the grill super hot and place the chicken on the other side of the grill with a drip tray underneath.
Grill for 45 minutes with the grill top closed. Enjoy!
