Honey Ginger Garlic Wings by Grillin’ with Dad & Scottie Pippen

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound chicken wings

  • 2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning

  • 3/4 cup honey⠀

  • 1 tbsp grated ginger⠀

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon⠀

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic⠀

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce⠀

  • 1 tbsp vinegar⠀

Instructions:

1.  Season the wings with the lemon pepper seasoning, making sure all sides are coated.

2. Preheat the grill to 375 degrees and set it up for indirect cooking.

3. Place the wings directly on the grate and cook for 1 hour, flipping them halfway through.

4. While the wings are on, combine the remaining ingredients in a small sauce pen and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.

5. When the wings reach an internal temperature of 180 degrees, pull them from the grill and coat in the sauce.

6. Serve and enjoy!
